THE SANCIFLEX PROCESS
1. Waste Pre-ProcessingThe first step in the Sanciflex Process is to pre-process suitable MSW and organic waste materials through its Pressure Vessel System. This will sterilize and treat organics into a homogeneous biomass material suitable for the extrusion of biogas in an AD digester.
Any foreign materials or recyclables such as plastics, metals, glass, textiles, etc. are screened out from the biomass after the pre-treatments. Benefits of pre-treating the material are that the waste is sterilized, organics are broken-down and the volume of the organics reduced, enabling easier sorting out of any foreign materials during recycling. |
2. AD Digester - BiogasThe second step in the Sanciflex process is utilizing a highly efficient AD digester technology to extrude maximum biogas yields from the pre-processed biomass.
The AD digester is designed to receive non-pretreated organic wastes such as manure, liquid organics, and grease, to be mixed with the pre-treated biomass, enabling increased outputs. Studies prove that pre-treated biomass increases biogas yield. Other products from the AD digester include bio-solids and liquid solids suitable for farming and soil fertilizer products. |
3. Biogas Upgrade - RNGStep three in the Sanciflex Process utilizes the premier biogas upgrading system to deliver the highest quality pipe-line spec RNG methane product (Renewable Natural Gas).
This step is also conducive for the inclusion of a CO2 capturing system for the delivery of compressed CO2 or another Dry Ice product. Sanciflex has the capability to supply Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Liquid Natural Gas (LNG), if required. |
